Fragments of Joy is a new exhibition by Betty Sargent, bringing together a decade of work created with Art in Motion (AIM).

The exhibition showcases work across photography, collage, painting, sculpture and textiles, highlighting Betty’s distinctive ability to transform everyday materials into imaginative, visually striking artworks. Playful, thoughtful and richly layered, the works reflect both her creative curiosity and the depth of her long-standing relationship with AIM.

Betty Sargent is one of AIM’s key artists and has exhibited locally, nationally and internationally. Over the past decade, she has contributed to major projects, residencies and commissions, and Fragments of Joy marks an important moment in celebrating her artistic journey and sustained creative practice.
